Running for a full day, the classes take place in your own home,
which means that you and your friends can experience personal tuition in a relaxed and informal environment.
The classes can cover almost any theme - classic French patisserie,
preparing and cooking fresh fish, pasta making, sensational sauces, Japanese home cooking or dishes from one of our menus.
Toru has extensive experience in French and Italian cuisines as well as knowledge of Japanese, Lebanese and English cookery.
